Chronic Illness Therapist Guelph

I’m an avid reader, oat milk latte aficionado, and elder emo. I love concerts, and I believe strongly in the healing power of music – more specifically the community that can be found in the love and support of your favourite bands/artists.
I’ve been a baker since I can remember – I even have a whisk tattoo! My long-term goal is to be able to incorporate baking into my therapy work by offering workshops and potentially individual sessions that use baking as a mindfulness tool.
