Outside the Therapy Room

I believe the relationship between you and your therapist is essential. I'm hoping some of the information on this page helps you determine if we may be the right fit, but I also offer FREE 20-minute consultations if you want to meet and ask any questions before getting started with therapy!

My Approach

I'm an avid reader, oat milk latte aficionado, and elder emo. I love concerts, and I believe strongly in the healing power of music and specifically the community that can be found in the love and support of your favourite bands/artists.

My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite holiday is Halloween. I don't currently have pets, but I am a huge animal lover and have had guinea pigs most of my life.
