Burnout Support

Burnout is an ongoing feeling of being overwhelmed and emotionally drained due to the build up of chronic life stressors. This can include work, school, parenting, general life tasks, caregiving, or a combination of them all. Unlike normal stressors, feelings of burnout don't tend to go away quickly once the stress is removed or minimized.

Burnout is a more complicated process that requires wide-spread change. Sure, a vacation may help but you likely also need to understand your burnout, develop better coping strategies, prioritize rest, learn what fills your cup and create a safe-guard for future burnout. That's a lot, and you're already burnt out - but you don't need to do all that alone.

Therapy can be a great place to start when building your burnout recovery plan.
